Taggin a bunch of new features:

• Commit files added to log-writing screen
• Install only commits files to be installed
• Audit now uses confman functions, so it works fully now
• Stat was broken causing bad permissions on import, now fixed
• conf_cleanExit now runs on all failed internal operations that cause premature exits
